Faithful Stewards is a non-profit corporation established for charitable purposes for those in El Dorado Hills and surrounding communities. We want to be an example of Christ in the way we live, and want to be diligent in meeting the commands Jesus says are most important. Gods primary commandments for each of us is to love God and to love others. We can do that by becoming passionate about the things that God cares about. Some of those areas are reaching out to the lost, feeding the hungry and helping the hurting or neglected. Our community is so blessed and has a tremendous opportunity to reach out to others.
God primarily uses people as vessels to take care of those in need. Our focus is primarily on finding areas of need and matching them with people that have a talent or a willing heart to serve. Faithful Stewards' goal is to encourage and inform people of ways that they can give of themselves to benefit the lives of others.
How we plan to reach our goals:
- Seek - Discern needs locally and globally. Locate people and areas in need and actively participate in bringing God's love and comfort to them.
- Gather - Find people that are able, willing and passionate about serving the lost and hurting.
- Equip - Equip people with the knowledge, encouragement and resources to serve effectively.
- Serve - Respond to Gods' calling to use our time, talents and resources to meet the immediate needs of Gods children. Demonstrate and share the message of Gods love to all we come in contact with.
There is no greater joy than serving others while serving the Lord and living a life filled with purpose!
